The Q4'2016 Hackfest will be co-located with the Plugfest (December 5th - 9th) at UNH-IOL.  This wiki page is for planning the week's schedule plus Hackfest topics/sessions (e.g discussions on testing, infrastructure, installers, etc.)

More details on specific focuses for the Hackfest can be found at Colorado Hackfest Test Cases.

Schedule

  • Please add your topics to the desired day / times. 
  • Please select the room appropriate for the size group you are expecting.
  • Note, GTP North room will hold the plugfest and plugfest equipment.  Everyone will have access to this room, but we expect the noise to be increased in that room.
  • Lunch will be available each day from 12:00 - 13:00, snacks and drinks will be available throughout the day.

Rooms

  1. GTP South
    • Holds 80-100 people. 
    • Will have 2-3 large screen (50+ inch), rolling TVs available to project to groups
    • Will have 1-2 rolling whiteboards
    • Tables can be arranged into groups as needed (can support 2-3 topics at one time)
  2. Training Room
    • Holds 35-45 people
    • Large, fixed screen for projection
    • Fixed whiteboards on 3 walls
  3. Alan Turing Conference Room
    • Hold 14-20 people
    • Large, fixed screen for projection
    • One fixed whiteboard
