• D&TF - Feedback about D&TF:
  • The sessions were a mix of presentations and working sessions.  Should have been more weighted towards working sessions and not just pure presentations.
  • Programming committee only met once and Nephio was missing at the time, so it was difficult to sched and plan attendance. 
    • We should start the programming committee meetings waaay before, like 2 months, before the meeting
  • Scheduling was not optimal
    • Dedicated Nephio day was not a good thing
    • Schedule was published late
    • Scheduling committee work was not organized well
    • Schedule should be available on some level at least 1-2 month prior the event
    • All projects should do the programming in the programming commitee
